The platform serves to promote and connect users with tourism and transportation service providers (taxi, transfers, excursions, vehicle rentals...). We do not perform direct transportation services nor are we a party to contracts between users and service providers.

Only a promotional channel without direct involvement in service provision. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of service provider information.

• We do not guarantee availability, price accuracy or quality of promoted services
• All disputes are resolved between users and service providers

• Prices are informative and may vary
• All transactions are conducted directly with service providers
• We do not manage payment processes nor are we responsible for refunds

Reservations are made directly with service providers. The platform only redirects requests and does not guarantee availability or reservation confirmation.

Cancellation policies are determined by individual service providers. Users are obliged to check conditions before booking.

• Abusing the platform is prohibited
• Users bear full responsibility for the accuracy of entered data
• Irresponsible behavior may result in access blocking

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control

We collect only basic data needed to connect with service providers. Any further data processing is regulated by service providers' privacy policies.

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform.

All platform content is copyright protected. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. We are not liable for any damages due to service interruptions.

We are not responsible for content on external sites linked from our platform.

All disputes are resolved amicably. If amicable resolution isn't possible, the competent court is in the Republic of Croatia.

The platform is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

These terms represent the complete agreement between users and the platform and replace all prior agreements.

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
